Here's a convenient and quick way to complete and pay your lot fee, review codes and guidelines, and then complete your spring checklist.
Purchasing & Leasing
At Wabash Park Camp & Recreation Center
Consider being a part of the Wabash Park Camp & Retreat Center family with a place to call your own. When purchase/leasing opportunities become available, you'll the information here.
There will be a one-time processing fee of $50 for improved lots (water, sewer, electric) with each transaction. This processing fee is paid to the Wabash Conference. Lot Lessees must be a member of a Free Methodist Church and transfers must be processed through the Conference Office. If you have questions about this, or if you have a cabin to sell, please contact Deana Hayes at deana@wabashparkcamp.org.
Lot Lessee fees for 2024 are:
$205 per lot, + 230 fee for each utility hook-up, + cabin insurance = a total of roughly $465 for one lot and one hook-up.
These prices are per lot, so if you have two lots, multiply times 2, etc.
Plus add a $145 per lot fee for Utility Upgrades through 2028 (if not already paid in full). Please note that If utility upgrade fees are not listed as paid in full, the lot lessee is paying those fees annually through 2028. The conference office can provide the payoff amount.
