Lot lessees must be a member of a Free Methodist Church, and all transfers are processed through the Conference Office.
LOT LEASSEE FEES
What It Costs to Lease a Lot
Lot lessee fees for [year] are $205 per lot, plus $230 per utility hookup, plus cabin insurance — roughly $465 total for one lot with one hookup. Prices are per lot, so lessees with two lots pay double, and so on.
If your utility upgrade fees aren’t yet paid in full, add $145 per lot annually through 2028. Contact the Conference Office for your exact payoff amount.
Each ownership transfer includes a one-time $50 processing fee for improved lots (water, sewer, electric), paid to the Wabash Conference.
Early registration gives you two important benefits: lower monthly payments through a longer payment schedule and the best opportunity to reserve your camper’s spot.
