Currently we have one private cabin at Wabash Park available for sale. We invite you to take a look and consider being a part of the Wabash Park Camp & Retreat Center family with a place to call your own.

There will be a one-time processing fee of $50 for improved lots (water, sewer, electric) for each transaction. This processing fee is paid to the Wabash Conference. Lot Lessees must be a member of a Free Methodist Church and transfers must be processed through the Conference Office. Lot Lessee fees for 2023 are: $200 per lot, + 225 fee for each utility hook-up, + cabin insurance = a total of roughly $465 for one lot and one hook-up. (These prices are per lot, so if 2 lots, multiply times 2, etc.) plus $145 per lot* for Utility Upgrades through 2028 (if not already paid in full). Please note; If Utility upgrade fees are not listed as "Paid in Full", the lot lessee is paying those fees annually through 2028. The conference office can provide the payoff amount.

Please complete the "2023 Lot Lessee Form" and pay your fees after you have received your lot fee notice in the mail. Once you have completed this form and made your payment, please review the "Lot Lessee Codes & Guidelines", then complete the "Lot Lessee Spring Checklist". If you have any questions, please contact our office.
